Alan, the other sysadmin at Webarchitects is in a better position than me to help with some of the more complex sysadmin issues so I hope it's OK that I have added an account for him here following the wiki:TracUserAdmin notes.

He is looking at helping with these tickets:

ticket:599 Server time drift
ticket:555 Load spikes causing the TN site to be stopped for 15 min at a time
ticket:593 Migrating Puffin to a ZFS file server

I don't expect he will be recording much time, I hope that is OK, he already has sudo access to all the servers.

Trac still seems to be working OK so I don't know how significant they are.

There is a new SSL/TLS certificate at mail.webarch.net so these steps need following: wiki:TransitionTrac#Fetchmail
