(EM to sit with LW on tuesday, JK suggests adding panels to the profile pages)

#196: Panels work

Several little jobs are necessary to get the power to use panels where we've been using templates... They are:

JK: Make a new pane called 'contact button' that allows the user in the 'Point of Contact' field of a node (events etc) to be contacted
LW: Footer & Taxo CSS work so the panels version matches normal nodes.

More added when needed..

Essential for completion of #181 and #169 and probably more.

#205: Blocks need styling

The blocks are outlined with lines etc. which looks a bit clunky and won't work in panels. Explore making blocks more differentiated with colour/shadow etc.

#206: Listings pages: tidy and organise

/blogs

is messy and all over the shop. please tidy, align and tidy again. Align 'themes' and 'original article'. force the listings to a limited number of words (teaser only?) for all items.
