Transition Technology: Ticket #111: Adding a map block for directory pages

Q: how much time is it to create a block to show the map (which links to the big map) for the directory pages:

initiatives

projects

people

?

owner
              changed from jim to ed

status
                changed from new to assigned

Not sure it's a great idea because the block would show lots of really tightly packed markers (which looks a bit odd anyway) and they'd still be clickable. It might be possible to make the block clicks go to the page from Views, but it might need an overlaid transparent link box to catch the clicks. Once this above is done, re-creating it for projects, initiatives and people is quite easy.

So anywhere between an hour and 4.

BUT: It might be easier to take a screenshot of the map, shrink it into an image, put it in a block, then link it to the view. It wouldn't be 'live' but it'd do a better job in many ways... Hmm?
