this was also #159 which i've closed - here is the issue from 159:

An initiative who added their profile was fine with saving the profile, but then having problems with a 500 Error. I removed the logo they had added and it was then fine:

Images larger WILL get resized to the right size, that's how it works... Can limit by file size (say 150K).

Please clarify what this should say/do, bit confused - or shall I remove the max pixel size and add a max file size?
