Transition Technology: Ticket #16: Save button not appearing for Safari users

Safari: adding initiative (and probably the others) profile: buttons at bottom showing: 'preview' and 'subscribe' - user clicked on 'preview' and got a whole new initiative adding template - lost all info - 'subscribe' also did the same thing. Then used firefox - no problem - deffo a browser issue... ED has user description and screengrab at: tn-web-bugs-safari-add_initiative.doc in comms folder

status
                changed from new to closed

estimatedhours
                set to 0.0

resolution
                set to invalid

billable
              unset

What's the version of Safari? Is the user using an up to date version? What extensions are installed? How about other Safari users?

Without such information this is unfixable by me (no access to Safari) AND, more importantly, we would surely have heard from dozens of Safari users with issues if this was important?

Marking as invalid until required info is posted, and even then sounds like a bug in Safari - or perhaps WYSIWYG module (awaiting update AFAIK)

Please issues posters

ALL browser-based bug reports NEED FULL INFORMATION for reproducibility and confirmation a bug exists on the site or in said browser. Us developers are flying blind otherwise.
