No they aren't - only those not marked 'Private group' are visible, and the only one like that was https://www.transitionnetwork.org/workspace/ttandc-orgs-practitioners-community.

Now marked private, not appearing as designed. User error.

OG and Content Access are clashing over the permissions on CMS/Workspace nodes and their children... Needs a faster server for starters as perms rebuild takes ~10 minutes+ (#97)

To continue: update server OR JK take copy of site, enable various node access Devel bits and see what module is giving permission. Perhaps fixable with module weights or Content Access weight on node types.
