Transition Technology: Ticket #248: RSS feed change

The news RSS feed displays a full list of all the themes an item is categorised by in front of the item itself. This basically therefore publishes all the 'theme' metadata before the content. Not the desired effect. Can't see how to make it into:

Title
author
date
body

Don't need the themes list in the RSS feed - or if you want to keep it - bung it at the bottom...

hours
                changed from 0.0 to 0.1

status
                changed from new to closed

resolution
                set to fixed

totalhours
                changed from 0.0 to 0.1

Have simply removed themes from the RSS feed since:

a) they were redundant, really
b) there's no way to reorder them in RSS without also affecting display elsewhere and edit page
c) themes are getting less relevant by the second, plus we don't need EVERY field in RSS.

OK Ed?
