Modules and code all in SVN, and on DEV.

Will aim for a release to LIVE tonight.

This ticket should turn into a 'tidy modules' ticket after things have settled as some modules need uninstalling from LIVE and removing from SVN. They include:

Google Analytics
Secure Pages
Secure Pages Hijack Prevention

Will do an audit after the update...

The Piwik stats and HTTPS changes are not quite ready to be made live yet so these things shouldn't yet be changed on the live server:

They won't be uninstalled/removed until we're all ready - just keeping track of stuff...
