Arse 1 -- inis: was fixed by adding in hubs, plus ensuring only published are counted (though that filter is now exposed should you want to see what's not)

Arse 2 -- projects: broadly the same issue, except the date was also cutting off a few so I've made the date futher in the past and we're now matching. Since the date remembers itself, you'll have to manually set it to older.
