Note due to Trac's odd numbered list maker, 6, 7 and 8 are all 6 in the spec and 7 is 9... I've updated the spec to match.

    7 6a. Title in dark colour 
    8 6b. Stage description on lighter background block below 
    9 6c. ingredients set in bulleted list, indented, ordered as numbers 
    10 7. Need a homepage launch block for stages (where 'dive in' block is) with 'what is transition' option, then buttons to link to different /stages to go in correct colour for stage (need a colour for newbies)
