There are some things in Piwik that could be used for this:

Also there are some things that can be done in Drupal with the Piwik plugin:

I guess the starting point would be to describe in detail what needs to be tracked and then we can work out how to do it.

I've changed the perms for Piwik in Drupal, not that there's much of use in there now it's set up...
