I really need this to be nailed down now to continue with many parts of the PSE...

Laura, can you update https://wiki.transitionnetwork.org/Sharing_Engine/TN_Project_Form_Changes ASAP please?

I assume we just need (for the PSE, at least) the fields in https://wiki.transitionnetwork.org/Sharing_Engine/Project_Submission_IA#Mandatory, plus the Summary field that will replace/augment the 'Aims' field.

Once these fields are pinned down I can write the migration code to move from the old project IA to the new one, and then get cracking with the views etc.

Update from conversation with Ben and Ed:

Projects form

new fields from Laura report reviewed and approved with exception of 'tags' and 'focus/intention'

TAGS and THEMES:

remove tags
ask SRs if they use tags or themes
themes - are they useful anymore? do they fit in with Transition 'ontology' anymore?

FOCUS/INTENTION:

conversation about themes vs 'focus/intentions/outcomes'
review of Community Pathways' categories and discussion/comparison with Transition's proposal
Agreed: quick research into Community Pathways' vs Transition's 'outcomes/focus' categories

-- Ed to write up page for interview for community group reps -- Ed to interview 5 community groups about what categories they would use -- Ed to contact Pete Capener and ask about their logic for categories -- Ed to interview Charlotte about it too

Should lead to a decision in November
In the meantime, frontend developer to continue with enhancements with this field available, details to follow

Tags now removed from Project Profiles.. its a very quick fix so we can take them off any content type very quickly.

ALSO: The 'Needs Moderation' field (an early PSE hangover) should be deleted -- however, we're waiting on the next Features module release to come through ideally as I can't bring changes in LIVE back into code due to the hugeness of the TN system and the crapness of the features UI as it currently works... Drush doesn't work either due to file perms...

The above is no problem to fixing this ticket, but I'd really like Features to be used to manage config changes where possible...
