    11OK so users with the 'social reporter blogger' can now: 
    2 * Edit ALL panels (danger!) 
     2* Edit ALL panels -- danger! -- though they can't access all options. 
    33* Therefore edit the one at /stories, go to 'Contexts' (under Variants -> Home: Social Reporting) and change the 'Featured story' by clicking the cog and choosing a new node by typing the title and selecting from the list. 
    44* Edit any 'custom content pane' by hovering over it and choosing the faint 'Configure content pane', then can edit using the WYSIWYG editor as normal.
