The text is updated... but the email should have been sent? Rules sends this out at the same time as the TN admin 'new project' notification...

Can you retest please, and double check email addresses?

re-tested three times and no alert to project submitter. NB: when adding a new account and a project, the user gets a new account alert.

OK the issue was the rule that sent the email to the webmaster seemed to bugger this up... Rules is SO much nicer in D7, though my rule was the cause here.

Anyway, I've moved that rule's logic and email into code and it works on my machine.

Please retest.
