The button dropping off the bottom is a theme/jsPane thing, updating description and moving that to new ticket #438.

Anyway, this is all rather annoying because the same damn rules module that is supposed to stop this duplicates thing happening ALSO sends the notification to admins of the new project...

Will test this when the new project form codepath is ready.
