TODOS: A) Add ReadOnly? Mode module to TN.org. B) Add QA/testing points in 4.

    initial v1  
    1 Outline process for the day of transfer to Puffin is: 
    2 1. Put TN.org into read-only mode (need to add module) 
    3 1. Add block to all pages explaining what's happening 
    4 1. Take DB backup, import into finalised TN platform 
    5 1. Transfer latest site files from Quince using Chris' script from #472 
    6 1. Do post-import tasks per #478, aborting if issues hit
