Received an invalid response from the server.

I can confirm this problem, but I don't get a blank screen after the pop up -- I'm able to just click the "OK" link and continue to use the forms -- I have added a user to test this.

I can't see anything in the logs that might be related to this.

resolution set to fixed

This is due to some shonky error handling by Hierarchical Select module that handles the region selector. I saw it a lot during the PSE build when I was doing development.

It's almost certainly related to #554 and the Redis password issue meaning the js/json was served slowly or badly.

I've cleared the caches and now cannot reproduce. It's a one-off IMHO - closing, fixed.
