Hmm.. yes, confirmed.

Has anything changed recently -- updates to the theme, blocks etc?

I'll try disable/uninstall/enabling the Views UI module now...

That seems to have fixed it...

I'm guessing the CSS/JS cache got confused somehow... I had cleared the caches etc, but that didn't help.

So the disable/uninstall/enabling process worked. Can't do that on many modules though!

I've added the a button to the wysiwyg, but that shouldn't have an effect.
Was just about to add a couple of blocks but can hold off.
no recent theme updates pushed as yet.

I did update the content of a block, the buy the book one on the right on
the home page.
In order to do that I did re-enable the context theme ui module.
