The users are getting confused by having the more functional text before the message. I include the current format and the desired one below...

Here is the current format: "... Hello Ed Mitchell,

If you don't want to receive such e-mails, you can change your settings at https://www.transitionnetwork.org/user/4/edit.

Message:

test

test ..."

Please change to:

"... Hello Ed Mitchell,

Message:

test

Need to implement hook_mail in our transition_extras module to override basic contact_mail.
