Transition Technology: Ticket #738: Change 'ben' account to have Ben Jarlett as owner

The background to this is mistakes going back nine months, ticket:596#comment:3, a discussion on the ttech list and the fact there there isn't a simple way to change usernames, see this and this and the fact that Ben B hasn't been using his account.

Changing the password:

cd /web/tech.transitionnetwork.org/
cp .htpasswd .htpasswd.bak

Remove the ben line from the .htaccessfile and then set a new one, following TracUserAdmin#ChangeaTracuserspassword:

htpasswd .htpasswd ben
  New password:
  Re-type new password:
  Updating password for user ben

I then logged in as ben and changed the account email address and full name.

I have checked the Cc fields on all the tickets commented on or created by benj using the Timeline, to enabled to to go back more than 90 days I needed to changes these settings on the trac.ini config file:

default_daysback = 90
max_daysback = 3650

I have updated the WikiStart#Tracusernames list and added a link to this ticket from wiki:TracUserAdmin and I have included 15 mins for the time spent on the emails on this issue.

I set a passwd for the benj account following TracUserAdmin#ChangeaTracuserspassword and sent it to Ed.

'benj' account changed to have webproject@…' email. So this is all done now. Closing.

that is because the password to benj has changed, no? I changed it. I don't think you need access to benj anymore? let me know if so.
