    5 We don't have any staging servers, we have 3 production servers, having staging servers would probably cost more that we might save by automating updates. We did have a development server which was used for testing updates prior to the switch to BOA.

    77In terms of how to do the updates, we could modify the current script, wiki:AptitudeUpdateScript so it sends emails to Trac and run that via cron or use the [https://wiki.debian.org/UnattendedUpgrades Unattended Upgrades package].
