The system check was checked, https://stats.transitionnetwork.org//index.php?module=Installation&action=systemCheckPage&idSite=1&period=day&date=yesterday and everything seems fine but some pages didn't load their CSS/Javascript straight away and needed to be reloaded for it to display properly.
