The last non-BOA server, wiki:NewLiveServer took a while to set up and get working well (incidentally it had 3GB of RAM where as the current server has 8GB and a key reason to move to BOA was to reduce the system resources needed...), this is something that would take several days to set up and therefore has a significant cost implication.
