    2121OK, I have had enough of BOA, we have been running PuffinServer for three years and we have had problems with it for ages, see wiki:PuffinServer#LoadSpikes, it hasn't been updated for seven months (see ticket:889, ticket:872, ticket:864, ticket:863 and ticket:854).

    23 Kate, the other syadmin at Webarchitets has done some work on PuffinServer to bring it back up, reducing the number of CPUs and removing some BOA cron jobs, I have created an account for her on trac and she will hopefully document what she has done and record the time spent as a comment on this thread or as a new ticket.
