    172172* Updated plan and log. 
    173173* Build Workflow Container and have *almost* got it working exactly as needed. Just need to get the title passed through, and the configuration of the underlying Workflow saved/loaded properly. The admin UI is all groovy though. 
     174* Installed the French and Portuguese languages, downloaded their .po files from https://localize.drupal.org and tested various pages in these languages. All works well now ready to begin preparing the list of strings for translation.
