1. Clone winacc_panpoly distribution repo -> rename to transition_network_d7
1. Change profile to be TN-focused, include key modules:
  * Address
  * Geofield
  * I18n & related language/internationalisation modules
  * User profile-related modules
1. Look at Debut feature and include where sensible
1. Create Initiative feature
1. Create User Profile feature
1. Crate very simple Bootstrap-based theme (little/no customisations)
1. Begin new Widget modules (core, imitative, registration etc)
1. Enable French language and translate with Google Translate.
1. Convert D6 widget modules & features to D7
1. Update widget HTML if needs be.
