+Time worked can be added to tickets and ticket comments, to produce a report on the time spent for a period:

+1. Set a "New Bill Time" using the form element at the bottom of the [/trac/billing Management page], the format is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS, eg 2013-04-30 23:59:59
