The documentation has been updated on the front page, wiki:WikiStart#Trac and for the development server, wiki:DevelopmentServer#Trac and there are also the wiki:TracUserAdmin and wiki:TimingAndEstimationPlugin documentation pages.
So I think this ticket can now be closed.
