'Facilitator' and 'Speaker' to the user profile editing options

Description
We need to be able to identify and list all the users who have self-identified as either/and 'Facilitator' and 'Speaker' on the people profiles. This requires:
- adding these options ('Speaker' 'Facilitator') as tick boxes to the 'Involvement and interest with the transition network movement' section of the user profile.
- creating views like the /media views with:
2a. list of names (with links to their profiles but not the initiatives)
2b. a map

Add them as new fields that users can add themselves (by ticking a box in their user profile). This will need to generate a list that we can re-present a per the media map/list.
Please also (ahem, sorry) remove the 'Speaker' role from the User Types. That didn't work as it is best to let the users do it themselves...

New field with required options added, in location requested, and labelled "Roles I perform/skills I can share".
4 users with 'speaker' chosen in 'user types' field (Ben Brangwyn, Rob Hopkins, Carl Schuller, Mike Grenville) have been updated to use new one, and redundant 'speaker' option removed from 'User types'.

Please specify more about the view: who can access, where it lives, what it shows, what filters if any etc. and I'll do it ASAP.

publicly viewable, at /people/facilitators and /people/speakers

Done at /people/facilitators, /people/facilitators/map, /people/speakers and /people/speakers/map.
Menu items added under community -> people, plus a little sentence added to each explaining there's an alternative version.
Done?
Do you mean add a new field called, for example, 'I am a:' with 'speaker' and 'facilitator', or do you want these added to another field? There's the User Types, but that already has 'Speaker' and is admin only.
