Question: Users' contact form template needs editing

The contact message template that carries the message a user receives from another user has a link to be removed from it and needs editing. Users are clicking the links and getting access denied pages. Ed can't find the template. Please advise where he can find it and edit it. If Ed can't edit it, we need to:
- Alter the title to "Message from [user] via [site-name]: [subject]"
- Remove all references to link [2] (ie the recipient's own contact form)
- Can we replace the https reference to the sender's username with a http reference to their user profile?
