Description

members are being wiped off the list of members. Ed, I don't know what's happening, but basically all the members from Paredes em Transição (but me and my wife - go figure that!) were wiped out from the member listing!!!

Vanda Lopes or Luis Carvalho were both on it - have disappeared...

Very odd... Leaning heavily towards user error but I've no proof - of anything.

Those two users (Vanda Lopes and Luis Carvalho) are NOT on the system any more... They have been removed, though oddly their URL path aliases are still there - normally when a user is deleted they're removed too.

Something odd happened but no idea what or how. Not much to work with though, have checked the logs and nadda.

The best thing to do would be to try to contact those people and ask if they removed their accounts.

Thoughts? Backburner?

Users being deleted from the system without their knowledge or action is not good at all. I wonder if it's something to do with mailchimp. Perhaps they unsubscribed from something.

I'll email the contact again and triple check that they haven't touched a thing.

They all registered as members of Paredes em Transição.
I added them as core team. Vanda was also the volunteer point of contact. Miguel Gomes http://www.transitionnetwork.org/people/miguel-gomes was our web point of contact...
I noticed their disapearance around the time I sent you the first email on this subject...

ask users for: did they authenticate? ever login? asked for captcha?

Reckon this has it's cause in #286, closing as duplicate.
