Mailchimp error message when adding new user from widget

Description

Was adding Trucie as new user while adding a new project. Got the following error message:

"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in _mailchimp_load_user_list_mergevars() (line 927 of/web/transitionnetwork.org/www/sites/all/modules/mailchimp/mailchimp.module)."

These errors are part of what I was saying in #428 -- they're all related and wil all be fixed by work in that ticket.

Please no more reports of these kind for the next 24 hours, I'm on it over at #428
