They're not as good as basecamp, we tried them two years ago and they weren't popular; we very nearly ended up forcing more users into them just now.

DELETE the workspaces before we try to use them again.

Are there any implications we need to observe?

Update:

  • I've deleted sites/workspaces.transitionnetwork.org, so workspaces are gone... I've backed up the files uploaded there too, let me know if you want the link to download in sites/default/files -- or do you/Fiona have it all, Ed? (I won't post link here because of contents, the file is big so should be removed ASAP though.)
  • There's a bit of related little code I've also mopped up in our Transition theme.
  • Removed references from here: ​https://tech.transitionnetwork.org/trac/wiki/CodeManagementReleaseProcess

So the Drupal-level things are done...

Chris, will you backup and delete the live_workspaces database, or shall I??

Already deleted... Will be dead well and truly when the move to Puffin is complete.
