Description

Unless we see any issue, turn GA off on 01/03/13.
Use Piwik instead.

GA was removed during a Transition Tech Skype meeting held on 5th March 2013.

FYI I just uninstalled the already-disabled GA module, completely removing any last references from Drupal's database & config.
