Hi Chris, All Can you help me to reset my password for paulbooker for news.transitionnetwork.org? I just tried to use the reset password form but I never received an email and when I Iooked at the settings,php file for the website (generated by Aegir) I couldn't see immediately where to find the database. I think I may have missed some recent updates to news.transitionnetwork.org so urgently need to resolve this today. You should be able to do that using Drush, or would you like me to have a go at doing it?

I haven't, again you should be able to check the email address for admin via Drush or MySQL?

I have only just found this ticket now, does it still need action from me?
Paul if you use the email interface to create tickets then you need to realise that the default ticket owner is Ade, so he will get copies, but nobody else will. The only way other people might find tickets like this is by browsing the Timeline, /trac/timeline -- that is how I found this ticket.
I would humbly suggest that using the web interface for ticket creation would be a better way of doing things as you can then add people to the Cc list etc.
These three tickets appear to duplicate each other?
