Develop directly on the Transition Network Aegir server

1. Read up on the ​BOA Server, so you know roughly what it's about.
2. Focus especially on the ​Platform Environments section, so you know the difference between Production, Staging and Development environments.
3. Follow the guidance in the ​Using Aegir section on the Building Platforms page, which talks you through creating a new Platform. You're creating a Development Platform.
