Initiative profile editors locked out of their profiles

Some Initiative profile editors are locked out of editing their profiles.

It appears that the 'Further information' free text field for some of the initiatives has turned itself to 'full html', locking the initiative profile editors out of their pages (they don't have access to full html).

These are all set back to 'Filtered HTML' for now... Need to look into Better Formats + Input Formats settings... More soon.

NOTE: Admins - always make sure the input format is 'Filtered HTML' not Full.

Have updated the defaults for the content type so this shouldn't happen to new initiatives.

NOTE: A handful of existing ones may still have the issue, admins will have to edit the profile and change any rich text field input formats to 'Filtered HTML' (not Full).
