Ed has lost access to the footer menu

Description

Ed needs access to the footer menu ("© 2010 Transition Network - Company no.6135675. Charity no.1128675 " etc.) - he had it but now can't edit it...

please adjust

Ed can, he's just looking in the wrong place... It's on the 'Site config' -> 'Site information' page; diddle with the 'Footer message'.
