Remove 'preview' from forums

Description

this is attracting some requests from users - can we remove the 'preview' phase when adding forum comments? there was another ticket about including users' photos which is closed, but this is different - can we remove the whole preview phase?

NB: 02/03/11: it now seems that the preview button is a publish button really - no preview offered...
