Event naming change

Description

We are using the 'imported event' type for 'partner events'. ​http://www.transitionnetwork.org/events/partner. This comes from our earlier references as these types of event were originally intended to be aggregated (where they are now generated onsite)

This is working great but the use of the word 'imported' is confusing people - we need to change the named references on the site - wherever it says 'imported event' we need it to read 'partner event'.

Content type renamed to 'Partner Event', so all should be well...
