Description
Events: EM added a partner event on behalf of test user1. This was published OK (not in the upcoming view as per 235), but test user1 can't edit it.

Test user1 is does NOT have 'events partner' role, hence is not allowed to create "Imported Event" types. As a normal user, Test User1 can only post events to a CMS.
The question is: what event types are "events partners" supposed to be able to create? Normal "Transition Network Events"? (the same content type that site admins/editors can create) - Or something else?
In any case this is a quick permissions fix once the desired functionality is nailed down.
