National Hub co-ordinators need to be able to edit initiatives in order to make them official. This doesn't seem to be working. I have checked with ​http://www.transitionnetwork.org/user/gerd-wessling and can't see an 'edit' tab on initiative profiles, which a national hub co-ordinator would need to see.
