changes to resources to match ingredients

Description

  1. changes 'phases' to 'stages' and relate to the stages so that the stages are shown on resources and the resources shown on the stages pages as well as the ingredients 'related' blocks
  1. change 'patterns' to 'ingredients' and relate to the ingredients so that the ingredients are shown on resources and the resources shown on the ingredients related blocks

Erm, think I already did this earlier... Where are these phase/pattern aberrations occurring, if I've missed some?

hmm i'm sure i saw the old school on node profile pages. ignore.

  1. can you reduce the number of video embeds to one as standard (with option to add a second one)?
