Description

Permissions: if a user is 'site editor' *and* a group admin, the group menu becomes unusable - sometimes not allowing them to click in the menu section of the page edit page, sometimes auto-adding a tick in the 'delete this menu item' checkbox, other times not letting them save work owing to menu problems.
