As discussed - we need to do a sweep through the user tables and remove the spam accounts if possible. My first guess would be any names that aren't names. Or names with numbers in them. There will be other ways of isolating them.
Also to do this in such a way as to be able to do it quickly and easily in the future.

- Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 0.15
- Total Hours changed from 0.0 to 0.15
- Ran delete from node where uid not in ( select uid from users) and node.type= 'profile'; which has cleared the broken nodes appearing at https://www.transitionnetwork.org/tags/renewables
Just leaves spam account sweep... Will think and make some views.

moving out of phase 5 as phase 5 is over - going into normal maintenance

JK: log error - bunch of user profile nodes that are broken or missing - result of the import in 2010 - approx 350 obsolete - opportutnity for mopping them up
