Enabled module for blocks css classes is not saving changes

​https://tech.transitionnetwork.org/trac/ticket/301#comment:10 this was a problem with the DEV version I installed (because the mainline is over a year old).

Fixed by SVN, then we need to re-install the module.

Newest version of Block Class is waiting, but is this module necesssary? Are you waiting to style blocks, Laura?

Trying to avoid modulitis...

There are a few block class styles available for the site for sidebars (with no background, green background etc) so pends on if these will be being used or not (ie if we're moving to all panels no regions), though think will be good to have to break up the greys on those sidebar bits. If it can be added, all good.
