was #280 but that went AWOL and is closed. Need:

  1. a training events specific calendar view
  2. a training events specific block in /training that takes the list at the bottom of /training, with title and date only (no time)

1: New calendar with breadcrumb at: ​https://www.transitionnetwork.org/training/calendar

2: 'upcoming training events' block added to RH col all pages within /training section context

Also old training list removed from bottom of /training
