Strange things on the user acct -->profile edit page

Description

some mysterious appearances on the user acct --> edit profile page

  1. two explano-boxes at the top - should only be one
  2. two photos for photo - should only be one
  3. photo blurb is written by a demented paedo

"Add a nice big photo of yourself - but not too big! Note the following restrictions"
Change to:
"Please add a photo of yourself and note the size restrictions"

  1. Password oddness on acct page: a user says: "- automatically populates 'Password' with my password, as if I want to change it. When I try to save changes I have to either delete the automatically filled field or type my password into 'confirm password'." Please investigate...

4: User is confusing the autocomplete built into their browser with what the website is doing. The website is not doing this.

  1. screengrab coming in an email - please confirm that this can be the browser populating her password field.
