CMS navigation issues: items in CMS lost their CMS navigation and have others

Description

landing on a news item in a cms/workspace from a listing in the site, all the cms navigation has disappeared on the left - need left cms navigation in all cms areas - and remove the right hand block

Link doesn't work... RH block removed in another ticket.
