  • Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 0.12
  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to needs testing
  • Total Hours changed from 0.0 to 0.12

The rules are here: https://www.transitionnetwork.org/admin/rules/trigger

The rules you want to edit are:

  • Transition - alert on project creation
  • Send email on Initiative creation

They're all there... So, to edit:

  1. Click the title of the rule
  2. click the thing(s) in the 'DO' section, e.g. "Send a mail to transition admin"
  3. Edit as you see fit, save.

I would STRONGLY recommend adding a new 'webmaster@' or 'web-editor@…' email account and getting it to be collected by Laura. There's no point changing emails all over the site whenever someone goes or changes role. This applies to all roles that in which staff might be moved around or leave -- there should be standard 'job title' email addresses for these.

i can't see these rules of which you speak - perms issue? i'm getting this prob:

"n the interests of strong security we now require people to use HTTPS to access their accounts and perform logged-in actions. Use this button to continue:

Continue... "

and continue doesn't do anything

  • Add Hours to Ticket changed from 0.0 to 0.05
  • Total Hours changed from 0.12 to 0.17

It's not triggers, it's rules -- and there was a perms issue that meant admins couldn't access the rules admin... Now fixed, apols.

I knew it was a perms issue. And I wanted to change it to generic 'webproject' email ages ago and tried and failed on a number of occasions. glad that's sorted. closing. hurray.
